What is Dolibarr?
Dolibarr is open-source business management software: an ERP (quotes, invoices, inventory, accounting…) and a CRM (customers, leads, opportunities) in a single tool. It runs in your browser, with nothing to install.
Is Dolibarr available in my language?
Yes. Dolibarr's interface is translated into many languages, and each user can choose their own.
Can I invoice in other currencies?
Yes. Dolibarr's multi-currency module lets you issue quotes and invoices in each customer's currency.
How is VAT handled?
My prices exclude VAT. For VAT-registered businesses in another EU country, invoices are issued without Belgian VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can stop whenever you want, with no exit fees, and take your data with you.
How many users can I add?
As many as you need: users are unlimited on both plans.
